What areas do you cover?

I proudly service the Greater Auckland region. I am also fully equipped to travel outside this area and nationwide for larger projects, commercial developments, or multi-property portfolios (external travel fees apply).

Waiheke Island travel fee $200 this includes Auckland city parking, Fullers ferry return and Waiheke Island return taxi fare.

How far in advance do I need to book?

To secure your preferred date and time, I recommend booking 3 to 5 days in advance. However, during peak real estate seasons, my calendar fills up quickly. If you have an urgent listing, please contact me directly, and I will do my absolute best to accommodate you.

What is your cancellation or postponement policy?

I understand that real estate timelines can change. You can postpone or cancel your shoot free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations or postponements made within 12 hours of the shoot may incur a booking fee to cover scheduled time loss.

How should I prepare the property before the shoot day?

First impressions are everything. Properties should be cleaned, decluttered, and staged as best as you can before my arrival. This includes moving vehicles out of driveways, hiding trash bins, clearing kitchen countertops, turning on all interior lights, and opening blinds.

Do you help clean or move furniture on-site?

My focus is on capturing the perfect lighting, composition, and technical frames. If a home is unready I will do my best to help declutter and move lighter-sized items. However, I can offer digital decluttering add-ons at an additional cost per image.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the shoot?

If heavy rain, high winds, or severe storms impact interior photography or drone operations, I will contact you to reschedule at no additional cost. I do not charge for moving a shoot due to poor weather.

Can you edit blue skies into photos if it is overcast?

Yes! Blue-sky replacement is included as standard for my exterior ground photography. If it is simply an overcast or gray day, your final marketing imagery will still feature bright, clear, welcoming skies.cription text goes here

How do you determine which pricing tier my property falls under?

My pricing tiers are determined by the property’s total building floor area (m²). I verify the size of the home prior to editing. 

What if a home has 3 bedrooms but a massive floor area?

Property size overrides bedroom counts. A large 2- or 3-bedroom home that spans over 200m² requires the same physical capture time,  and editing labor as a 3 or 4 bedroom home of the same scale. Therefore, it will be billed under its corresponding square meterage tier.

Do your prices include GST?

Yes, all prices listed on our Prices and Packages page are fully GST inclusive.

What is your standard turnaround time for media delivery?

• Photos and Floor Plans: Delivered within 24 hours of the shoot.

• Video Walkthroughs and Drone Media: Delivered within 48 hours of the shoot.

How will I receive my final marketing files?

Once editing is complete, you will receive a Google Drive digital download link via email. You will receive two formats: web-size and high-resolution files that are sized for seamless uploading directly onto Trade Me, Realestate.co.nz, and HouGarden as well as print media.

Do I own the copyright to the images?

Once your invoice is fully paid, the copyright of the images transfers completely to you as the client. You are free to use them across your marketing channels, print media, and websites. Property Profile simply reserves the right to use the final images on our own website and portfolio channels for promotional purposes. Please note that copyright ownership and usage rights are only validated once full payment has been received.
