My journey with photography began over 25 years ago when I first captured the beauty of my newborn daughter on black-and-white film. That singular, profound moment sparked a lifetime passion, leading me to establish a successful national child and family portrait company, Positive Negatives, which I proudly directed for 15 years.

Driven to expand my technical skill set, I transitioned into the high-stakes world of commercial film and television production. Working closely on a diverse range of local screen projects, I spent these years honing my craft in production photography and video tracking. This industry experience taught me how to manipulate light, manage scene compositions, and deliver cinematic-grade footage under tight deadlines.

The Art of Real Estate Marketing in Auckland

While the television industry was exhilarating, I sought a grounded path where I could apply my artistic background directly to local spaces. This led me to real estate photography and videography—an area that captivated me instantly. For the past eight years, I have been dedicated to showcasing residential architecture, commercial projects, and boutique holiday accommodations throughout the Greater Auckland region.

Drawing deep creative inspiration from world-renowned architectural photographers like Mike Kelley and Nathan Cool, I treat every property listing as a unique work of art. For me, property marketing isn't about running through a house snapping quick wide angles. It is a deliberate quest to locate the perfect perspective, refine the balance of light meticulously, and craft a visual masterpiece that stands out in a crowded digital marketplace.
